Condolences and Tribute to Japan.

Wow, it's been almost a year since I last posted anything here.

Well, everyone is supposedly shaken by the events that had taken place in Japan and I wish to express my condolences to the citizens of Japan who had lost their loved ones and hope that you all will continue to strive for a better future. Never let this get between you and life.

I, too, wish to express my sadness through words. Hope readers would know how we all feel.

Life Goes On...

With love, V

Earth Hour 2010

Yo, everyone! Second post in a week, LOL. Well, just remembered about the up-coming Earth Hour 2010. Any one of you up for it?

Basically, it's simple: this is the time where hundreds of millions of people around the world show their support by turning off their lights for one hour. No matter where you are: living room, hall way, kitchen, even the bathroom. As long as you turn off your lights for an hour, it shows you are supporting Mother Nature's survival.

As some of you might know, this year's Earth Hour will be held on the 27th of March, Saturday at 8.30PM. We still have a few days to go. Better get ready to turn off your lights!

New School Term: 3rd Month.

Hey, viewers. Been hiatus for too long, and I'm finally back.

Just last week was our first evaluation, and when the results came back, it gave us all the shock-of-our-lives. Additional Mathematics was a 'killer'. Well, I passed anyway...

Anyway, the start of the school term has really changed everyone, not just from the outside, but from the inside too. Who knows what might come to an end...

Well, that's all I can think of at the moment. So, bye.

EXTREME Boring Holidays...

Hey, bloggers. It's Yours Truly here. A thousand apologies to all you readers out there who has been expecting me to update this... blog. Been slacking too much myself after our so-called 'BIG EXAM OF THE YEAR!' Well, our long awaited holidays has finally arrived, but now I am starting to regret it ever started...

First of all, there's NOTHING, or another meaning, NOT MUCH to do at home other than sitting dumbly in front or your computer screen and drooling (Not that we will...). Besides, during the holidays, we'll be chatting/calling/texting our friends instead of actually meeting up or seeing them! I mean, if you go out too often, the possibility of getting grounded is pretty high, especially if your parents are strict.

It is our Form 3/9th Grade's second week of holidays; first week or those lower grades and higher ups. My friends and I have already been complaining about how boring this holiday could get. Plus getting part-time jobs ain't an easy task, since they prefer hiring graduates than 15 year olds...

Last day of school: Celebrated our 'last day' of Form 3. Went our with friends after wards to catch the movie '2012' (TOTALLY LOVE IT!) and walked till we dropped.

First week of holidays:
  • Mon: Home (Bored...)
  • Tues: Home (Bored.)
  • Wed: Went back to home town to attend my Great-Grandmothers funeral T0T
  • Thurs: Stayed back at home town and went home later that same day.
  • Fri: HOME. (BORED.)
Second week of holidays:
  • Mon: HOME.
  • Tues: Went out with friends. Thought of watching 'A Christmas Carol', FULL. Watched 'Planet 51' instead. Walked around aimlessly after.
  • Wed: HOME.
  • Thurs: Went to the Big Bad Wolf book sale early in the morning to beat the crowd of angry mobs. Got 20 books altogether~
  • Fri (Yesterday): Went out on a family road trip. Intended to go Bukit Tinggi (???), took a wrong route, ended up in Genting. Went to Chin Swee Temple to check out the view. Flying Coaster which lasted for 1 minute ONLY (It's 12 bucks, and all they gave us is a minutes ride...), had bad lunch.
And there you have it. It looks fun, but one day of holiday could drive you nuts...

Might update more, if I DO have anything to post~ Please wait patiently!

PS: To read my 'First week of holidays', please high-light 'em...
